High Pressure Cleaner Adapter - Electron Machine Corp.

Originally designed for green liquor applications in the paper industry and normally used in conjunction with our HPC-2 High Pressure Cleaning system, the High Pressure Cleaner Adapter can also be used in other applications that require frequent cleaning of difficult coatings without the use of steam. This adapter is designed so that a nozzle is installed across the process from the sensing head and is situated so that it directly sprays a stream of high-pressure water on the prism. The nozzle is completely removable so that it can be easily serviced or replaced if clogged.

The suggested orientation of the sensing head is on a horizontal plane for a horizontal segment of pipe. A vertical segment of pipe is also acceptable if the flow is in the upward direction. Maintenance plugs can also be installed for operation without the sensing head and/or cleaning nozzle installed.
