The HPC-2 High Pressure Cleaner system is designed for applications that are prone to difficult to remove coatings and steam cleaning is not an option. The foundation for this system is a 5 HP 3-phase electric motor coupled to a positive-displacement plunger pump. A High Pressure Cleaner Adapter is used with a nozzle directed onto the sapphire prism of the sensing head. This configuration allows water to be pressurized over 2000psi (138bar) and forcing any contaminates off of the prism while the process is pressurized and flowing. The system injects less than 8 oz. (250cc) of water per second, and most applications only require 5 seconds per cleaning.
The pump and motor are mounted on a powder-coated mounting base and a starter for the motor is included.
