The measurement and control of the sugar content of jams and jellies is vital for a consistent product and the MPR E-Scan™ is the instrument for the job. The MPR E-Scan™ can be used to measure the Brix content at any point in the process of cooking the product in kettles or vacuum pans to the desired concentration.

The suggested adapter for most installations is a 316 S/S vacuum pan adapter with a steam or hot water wash nozzle.
